We pleased to have had the opportunity to work with the British Lung Foundation to help them with their online fundrasing ativities.

This is what Richard Bloomfield Website Editor had to say about the project:

“The British Lung Foundation had never had an online shop and 3X walked us through the whole process. They came up with some great designs and helpful suggestions about navigation. Adding products to the shop was a very easy process – we have over 90 publications so we needed this to be straightforward and simple. For more complicated products like bespoke donations and membership types, 3x came up with some excellent and innovative suggestions – even when we kept changing our minds about what we wanted. They were also amazingly helpful in enabling us to get the customer information from the e-shop into our supporter database – something which is key for our charity.

The e-shop has helped us to keep our administration costs as low as possible so that we can spend more of the income we raise on our key charitable aims. We were a little concerned that our supporters, the average age of which is quite high, might not be very web savvy and would struggle to place orders. However, this has certainly not been the case – we’ve has lots of great feedback on how easy the shop is to use and since the e-shop was launched we have averaged over 100 orders per week.

Before choosing 3X as our e-shop partner (provider?) we did look at other companies but found 3X to be highly competitive and able to deliver everything we wanted. I would have no problem in strongly recommending 3X to any charity who want to move their e-commerce to the next level!”
